This policy explains how Spin Lumenz Limited ("we", "us") helps prevent underage access to gambling-related features on spinlumenz.com, including our age-gate, verification checks, enforcement actions, and how age checks interact with marketing and advertising.
1) Minimum age requirement (New Zealand)
You must be at least the legal gambling age applicable to the product/service you are accessing.
