Terms of Service

1) Social casino — entertainment only

• The Service is a social casino game for entertainment. It is not real-money gambling.
• Virtual coins/credits/tokens (including any “bonus” coins) have no monetary value, are not legal tender, and are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, cryptocurrency, or any real-world value.
• No prizes of real-world value are offered. Any in-game outcomes are for entertainment and do not create a right to money or property.
• Virtual items/coins are non-transferable and may not be sold, traded, gifted, or exchanged outside the Service.

2) Eligibility and your account

• You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login details and for all activity on your account.
• We may require verification information to keep the Service safe and compliant.

3) Purchases (if available)

If we offer optional purchases (e.g., to obtain additional virtual coins or features), you receive a limited, revocable licence to use the virtual items in the Service. Purchases do not grant ownership and do not enable cash-out or conversion to real-world value. Taxes and fees may apply as shown at checkout.

4) Prohibited conduct

• Cheating, exploiting bugs, automating gameplay (bots), or interfering with security or matchmaking.
• Harassment, hate speech, unlawful content, or infringing others’ rights.
• Attempting to buy/sell/transfer accounts or virtual items, or running any “cash-out” or token exchange scheme.
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or unauthorized use of our APIs, trademarks, or content.

5) Intellectual property and licence

The Service, including software, artwork, text, logos, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for entertainment, subject to these Terms.

6) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access (and/or reset/remove virtual items) if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, engaged in fraud or prohibited conduct, or if needed to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

7) Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that virtual coins/items will always be available. Some guarantees, warranties, and rights may apply under New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, where applicable). Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude non-excludable rights or remedies.

8) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or punitive losses, loss of profits, loss of data, or loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability is limited to the minimum permitted by law.

9) Disputes and governing law (New Zealand)

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve any issue. These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Zealand.

10) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will take reasonable steps to notify you (for example, by posting an updated date on this page). Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
